Why is it good to be in MC team 2006-2007

Recently we had discussion about why do we enjoy working in our team as it is. We have compiled the list of these things.



So, why is it good to be in MC team 2006-2007?




Because...



...we all are normal cool people

...we share the vision about development of AIESEC in Estonia

...we are reasonably professional and working hard, yet all appreciate humour and some randomness

...there is free and easy environment in team

...we have trust and respect towards each other

...we are trying to help each other by reasonable amount of criticism

...we have synergy in the team – we reach common solutions without unnecessary long arguments

...we have open and honest communication with each other
